If you were to give me two things, only TWO things, both of which Saddam had, You would NEVER EVER find what I wanted to hide from you.
Those two things are:
1) All the money I need to fund what I want to do. [Saddam had all the oil money he needed to do whatever he wanted to do]
2) The freedom to kill whoever worked on the project. [We all know Saddam killed anyone he wanted to]
Give me those two things, and you will NEVER find what I hide from you!
